MarketFlow is a marketing intelligence platform that helps businesses manage social media content, analyze competitors, and generate content ideas. The Service may connect to third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) with your explicit authorization.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party accounts (e.g., TikTok), you authorize us to access data from those platforms on your behalf, in accordance with the permissions you grant. We access only the data necessary to provide the Service. You may revoke access at any time from your account settings or directly from the third-party platform.

5. Data Usage

Data retrieved from connected social media accounts is used solely to provide features within the Service (analytics, content suggestions, audits). We do not sell your social media data to third parties.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to violate any applicable law, infringe on intellectual property rights, distribute spam, or interfere with the integrity of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
